In high school, Riva was the overly ambitious kid who led her squad in dance choreography and demonstrated her strength through stunt routines. Today, she's just as fulfilled training clients using HIIT dance choreography and weight training to the beat. Her passion for fitness led her to leave her job as an autism specialist and transform lives through her coaching program, the Blue Jay Way.
